Meredith L. Turner joined Wachtell Lipton’s litigation department in 2005. Her practice includes corporate, securities, and other complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal and regulatory matters, and litigation related to mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Turner received her B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University in 1999, and her J.D. and M.A., both magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2003. While at Duke Law School, she was a Senior Editor of Duke Law Journal and a member of Duke’s National Moot Court team. Prior to joining Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, she served as a law clerk to The Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and to The Honorable William H. Yohn Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Turner is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where she teaches Legal Writing. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
