Michael Rosenblat is an associate in the corporate department of Wachtell Lipton. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, separation transactions, takeover defenses and general corporate and securities matters. Michael has advised a broad range of public and private companies in a variety of industries involving transactions in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Rosenblat received a B.S. in accounting, summa cum laude, from Binghamton University in 1999, and received his J.D. degree with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004 where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and received an Olin Fellowship in law and economics.
