Gregory E. Pessin joined Wachtell Lipton’s restructuring and finance department in 2005. He focuses on representing borrowers and issuers with respect to all types of financing for mergers and acquisitions, and in advising investors in and potential purchasers and sellers of distressed entities.
Mr. Pessin received a B.A. from Duke University in 2001. He received a J.D. with Honors from The University of Chicago Law School in 2005, where he was named a member of the Order of the Coif and was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review.
He is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. |
