Jonathan Gordon is an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the Corporate Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and complex securities transactions.

He received a B.A. from the University of Chicago with highest honors in 1997, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago with honors in 2002.

Mr. Gordon is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
