Adam M. Gogolak joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the litigation department in 2004. His practice focuses on representing corporations and directors in complex corporate, commercial, transactional and securities litigation, and regulatory investigative proceedings.

Mr. Gogolak graduated magna cum laude from Williams College in 1998, and received a J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Senior Article Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
