Pamela Ehrenkranz is chair of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. Her practice is focused on developing estate plans for individual clients of substantial means, including structuring financial affairs, preparing wills and trusts, and personal tax planning. She also concentrates on the organization and operation of not-for-profit organizations, charitable giving, and estate and trust administration.

Ms. Ehrenkranz received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from Rutgers University (Newark) School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Ehrenkranz is a member of the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund Donor Advisory Board, the Council for Women’s Health Research at Yale University, and The Brearley School Planned Giving Committee. Ms. Ehrenkranz is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Surrogates Court Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
