| David C. Bryan is a partner in Wachtell Lipton's Restructuring and Finance and Litigation Departments, focusing on bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial litigation. He joined the firm as an associate in 1994 and became a member of the firm in January 2000. Mr. Bryan regularly advises bank lenders, investment banks, hedge funds, asset purchasers, and other investors in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations. He also has expertise in the prosecution and defense of fraudulent conveyance and preference avoidance actions.
Mr. Bryan received his A.B., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Amherst College in 1989. He graduated from Columbia University School of Law in 1992, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Hays Prize for Civil Procedure. |
