Martin J.E. Arms is a partner in the Litigation Group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. He focuses on derivative and class action litigation, directors’ and officers’ insurance, corporate governance and complex settlements.

Mr. Arms received a B.A. from Middlebury College in 1995, and a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 1998, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of The University of Chicago Law Review. From 1998 to 1999, he served as a law clerk to Judge W. Eugene Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
