David M. Adlerstein joined Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the corporate department in 2005. Mr. Adlerstein’s practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Adlerstein received a B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1994 and a M.A. from Lund University in Lund, Sweden in 1999. He completed a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2002, where he was a Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Adlerstein served as a sergeant in the 35th Paratroop Brigade of the Israel Defense Forces from 1996 to 1997.

Mr. Adlerstein is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
